RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Product Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept free returns of any sampar-usa.com purchases within15-30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original boxes, tags, seals, and labels attached. Products purchased via sampar-usa.com may not be returned to other store locations. Sampar products purchased at any other retailer locations may not be returned to the Sampar website. Sampar will only accept returns from products purchased from sampar-usa.com, or at our store location:10822 Forbes Ave, Ste D1, Garden Grove, CA 92843.

 

Product Exchange

If the products arrived damaged, defected, or you are unsatisfied with the purchase, we also offer equivalent products exchange within 15-30 days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in unused condition. Sampar is currently only accepting exchange from products purchased from sampar-usa.com, or at our store location:10822 Forbes Ave, Ste D1, Garden Grove, CA 92843.

 

Return Process 

To return an item, please email customer service at sampar@fgorg.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided /and other, and mail your return to the following address:

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please email customer service at sampar@fgorg.com with a picture of your damaged goods to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided /and other, and mail your return to the following address:

You can always come directly to the above address with the damaged goods and we can process an immediate exchange for your product. Please bring your proof of purchase with you, otherwise we won’t be able to process your exchange.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

Kindly take note the followings:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
  • Sampar will not be able to process returns and exchanges over 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Final sale items, promotional items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for return.
