Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund/store credit/an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original boxes, tags, seals, and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sampar@fgorg.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided /and other, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, items
Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending your credit card company.
Exceptions
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
